    2026 IOLS Training #5 – Camp Wisdom, September 25-26, 2026. Hosted by Northern Trail, Soaring Eagle, Tejas Caddo, and Western Horizon Districts. Participants: Adult volunteers/parents. Introduction to Outdoor Leader Skills (IOLS) provides practical outdoor skills for leading Scouts outdoors. Participants work as Patrols. Upon completion, leaders can teach Scouts basic skills for First Class rank. All Troops must have IOLS trained leaders; all SM/ASMs required to be fully trained. Cost: TBD.
