Serving Scouts, families, and volunteers across the central Dallas area.
The Heart of Dallas District is part of the Circle Ten Council, Scouting America, serving Scouts, families, and volunteers across the central Dallas area.
We do this by supporting our local packs, troops, crews, and ships — the units where youth experience the adventure and growth of Scouting.
Our job is simple: to make Scouting thrive in every neighborhood we serve.
Program
We deliver opportunities for Scouts and leaders to learn, grow, and have fun — from camporees and Cub events to merit badge days and adult leader training.
We also host Roundtables where leaders share ideas and stay connected.
Membership
We help new families discover Scouting and support existing units in recruiting youth and adult volunteers.
We also work to start new units in schools, churches, and communities that don’t yet have Scouting programs.
